Fort Worth, Texas
REVISED PLAT FEE PROPOSAL
Dear Mr. Murayama:
We were requested to plat only the Northwest Library site at this time. Our original
direction was to plat the entire 30+ acre future park site which was completed and ready
for final signatures. In order to revise the plat and prepare it for signatures we propose the
following lump sum fee:
Surveyor $1,000.00
Overhead/Profit (5%) $50.00
Total $1,050.00
If you have any questions regarding this proposal please contact our office. If this
proposal meets with the City's approval the surveyor is prepared to start work with your
written notice to proceed. We estimate that this service should take approximately 7
business days.
Sincerely,
Les Edmonds, AIA
Director of Design
