Tucker Addi- tion, and Across those Portions of Elizabeth and Daggett Streets, lying between the west line of Jones Street and the Alley running north and south through Blocks No. b and 10, is Drag e i sy cnddd�t' o t ity f Fort Worth f�<<d � a�crfa c.;_"Q4�C� BE IT ORDAI _D, By the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth, that the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas is hereby authorized, empowered, and permitted to lay and construct a railway track and tracks as follows: A track or line of railway over that part' of Ter- rell, Leuda, Ireland, B attie, Annie, and Tucker Streets, 4y- ing between the east line of Calhoun and the west line of Jones Street.#. and tracks or li�� _Pve.r that part of a street claimed by the Ulry of `a, th and used by�'M City of Fort Worth, and which runs from the west line of Jones Street east to an alley running north and south through Block No. 10 in Daggett's Second Addition to the City of Fort Worth, and which is 50 feet in width, extending north from the north line of the W. B. Tucker Addition, and across those portions of Elizabeth and Daggett Streets lying between the west line of Jones Street and the alley running north and south through Blocks No. 5 and 10, in Da.ggett's Second Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas. In consideration of this per it an rant he a dd� Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Compan`�y o Lox SA reee`s�to � extend and maintain an extension of the bridge or viaduct across the railway tracks on Hattie Street, so that same shall be con- structed and built over the track hereby permitted and granted to be laid and built along said Hattie Street, said maintenance and construction to be of equal width and character as the por- tion of the Hattie Street Bridge now built, or which may here- after be built, lying east of the extension to be made, and with suitable approaches thereto on the west, all to the satis- faction of the City Engineer of Fort Worth.
