A/or(liiian ohibiting the standing of public vehicles
on 4"ten Main and Houston streets and providing
penaltation and repealtn ordinances and parts of
ordinact with it.
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by'the Board oI Commissioners of the City of
Fort Worth, Texas:
That, hereafter,, it shall be unlawful for any person or per-
sons to stop, stand, or detain any omnibus, hack, Arriage, wagon,
buggy, automobile, or other vehicle engaged in carrying or .
trensperting freight or goods of any character or passengers for
hire in said city while waiting for or soliciting employment, at
any place on west 4'th street in said city between the west line
of Main street and east line of Houston Street, and all stands for
such vehicles heretofore established within the above nam4ed
limits are hexe,:., abolished.
I Section 2.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor an upin conviction
fined in any sum not less than five dollars nor more than one
hundred dollars.
Section 3•

This ordinance shallAbe held to repeal or otherwise affect
any of the provisions of existing ordinances fixing or regulating
the standing o-f public vehicles at any places in the said city
of Fort North outsike of the limits fixed in Section 1. of this
ordinance. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
*his ordinance are hereby repealed so far as a conflict with this
ordinance and no further.

This ordinance Shall take effedt and be in Force from and
after its assage and ublication, as required by lavr.
I hereby certify hat the above and foregoing ordinance was duly
presented and unanimously passed by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Fort Worth at a session of said Board held Tuesday July llth,1911.
