An Ordinance amending Section 1. of Ordinance No. 78, pass-
ed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort '..orth on
entitled.
October 7th, 1908, " An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 64, passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort
;.orth, May 27th, 1908, the same being an ordinance prescribing
and fixing the saloon limits within which the business of selling
or vending intoxicating liquors at retail to be drunk on the prem-
ises nay be lawfully conducted within the City of Fort ,orth,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COh1iI SI0r3ER5 OF THE
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 78, passed
by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort ',:orth, on Octo-
ber 7th, 1908, and entitled. r' An Ordinance amenain-_- Sc-tj.-n �h r

Ordinance No. 64, passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Fort North, 1I.,q3r 27th, 1908, the same being an ordinance pre-
scribing and fixing the saloon limits within which the business of
selling and vending intoxicating liquors at retail to be drunk on
the premises may be lawfully conducted within the City of Fort
.;orth, and providing penalties for the violation of same, and
repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith," be amended so as
to include the following additional territory within which the
business of selling or vending intoxicating liquors at
retail, to be drunk on the premises may be lawfully con-
ducted, to-wit:
Beginning at a ppint in the boundary line of
East Elizabeth Street as described in said Ordi-
nance No. 78, said point being in the North line
of Elizabeth Street 66.2 ft. more or less, East
of the East line of the right-of-way of the Missouri,
Kansas & Texas Railway Company and the best line
of an alley running North and South between Eliza-
beth Street and Daggett Avenue, parallel with Park
Street,now "Maryland" Ave.; Thence East with the
North line of Elizabeth Street 37 ft. to a point;
Thence North parallel with the Kest line of said
alley to the North line of Daggett Avenue; Thence
West following the North line of Daggett Avenue to
the West line of said alley running North and South
between Elizabeth Street and Daggett Avenue; Thence
South with the West line of said alley to the place
of beginning.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be held and construed
as an amendment to said above mentioned Ordinances Nos. 78
and 64, and to Ordinance No. 167 passed by the Board of Com-
missioners on June 3rd, 1910, which said Ordinances shall
remain in full force and effect, except as herein amended,
and all Ordinances, and parts of Ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force avid a44ee4 from and after its passage and publication,
as required by law.
