ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE FILING A BUILDING LINE ALONG A CERTAIN POR-
TION OF HIGHWAY 183; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING A PENALTY; AND PRESCRIBING THE EFFECTIVE DATME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO'UNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. F
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or
association of persons in the City of Port Worth, Texas, to build,
construct, place, erect or reconstruct any building or structure of -
any kind or nature whatsoever within ten (10) feet of the north line
of the following described tract of land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas:
Said tract of land being the Ralph McNutt
Tract out of the T. B. York Survey lying
west of and adjacent to Riverside Drive and
fronting north 145 2 feet on State Highway
#183 as recorded in Book 12�1, Page 1,20,
Tarrant County deed records,
SECTION 2.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
original of this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3.
That any person, firm, corporation or association of persons,
who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be
subject to a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
SECTION 4.
That each and every day any such building or structure shall
remain in violation of this ordinance shall be deemed and constitute
a separate and distinct offense.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall become effective and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
