AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2082, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DEK31TY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIX- ING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHONN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 2082; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION 13 PER- MITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to xit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AWAS FROM TO Tract 1 A-1 between old Benbrook Road and Highway #377 from Kermit Street 1000 feet south, in the Isaac Schrum Survey "Aa "E" (3900 and 4000 blocks Benbrook Hwy. #377) The South 200 feet of Tract 71 in the P. H. Ahler Survey and the North 190 feet of Tract 6A, G. W. Coonrod Survey "B" "ER Tract 71 in the P. H. Ahler Survey, except the South 200 feet "Bn n.In (4800 block E. Rosedale) Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4; and Lots 5 and 6, Block 3, Riverside Addition "B" (2800 and 2900 blocks E. First Street) Lot 13-B, Block 20, Glen Park Addition; and Lot X, Block 4, V. R. Horton Subdivision "A" "E" (3300 block of Mansfield Highway) Lots 11 through 20, Block 3,5; and Lots 1 through 10, Block 16, Hubbard Highlands Addition "An "Bee (1200 block of Hammond Street) All of Blocks A, A-1, B, C, D, E, G.. H, J, K, L, 0, P, Q, R, S, T, U, Y, W, Y, Y; Lots 1 through 12, Block Z; and the E1201 of Block T-1, Carver Heights Addition Annexed nAn (Area annexed by Ordinance No. 2909 Area West of Cravens Road in the Carl Phipps Survey) SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordi- nance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
