HERETOFORE PASSED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF FORT (NORTH PRESCRIBING AND FIXING THE
SALOON LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH/,WITHIN
VH '�ICH THE BUSINESS OF SELLING AND VENDING INTOXICATING
LIQUORS AT�RETAIL _ MAY BE
LAWFULLY CONDUCTED WITHIN,THJ� CITY OF FORT WORTH, AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAME, AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITHW, AND
TAKING OUT, EXCLUDING AND REMOVING FROM SAID SALOON
LIMITS IN TT7- SAID CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAE TERRITORY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMilISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH:
Section is
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 78 passed by the Board
of Commissi-oners of the City of Fort North on October the
7th, 1908, "and entitled an Ordinance amending Section 1
of Ordinance No. 64 passed by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Fort Worth ;1iay 27th, 1908, the same being
anr. Ordinance prescribing and fixing the saloon limits
within which the businegs of selling and vending intoxicating
liquors\at retail may be
lawfully conducted within the City of Fort Worth, and provi4ing
penalties for the' -,V-1 l•ation of same, and repealing all t,
Or (iinances in conflict therewith," and all other Ordinances

he46tofore passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Fort Worth where the same conflict with the terms of
this Ordinnce, be amended so as to,exolude, remove and
take out of the said saloon limits, the following described
territory:
BEGINNING at a point in the boundary line of the
territory described in said Ordinance No. 78, said point
being at the intersection of the West line of South Boaz
Street with the North line of East Front Street; Thence
in an Easterly direction with the North,14ne of East Front

parallel with the North line of East Front Street to a
point on the Nest line of Crump Street 100 ft. North of the
intersection of the best lire of Crump Street with the
North line of East Front Street; Thence North with the West
line of Crump Street to a point at the intersection of the
West line of Crump Street with the West line of Elm Street;
Thence in a Northerly direction along the West line of Elm
Street to a point at the intersection of the West line of
Elm Street with the East line of the Right of Way of the
Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Co. of Texas; Thence in a
Southerly direction along the East line of the Right of
'Pay of said Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway, and with its
meanders to a point at the intersection of said East line
of said Railway with the North line of East Front Street;
Thence South 500 ft; Thence East to a point at the inter-
section with the West line of South Boaz Street; Thence
North along the Vest line of South Boaz Street to a point
at the intersection of the West line of South Boaz Street
with,the North line of East Front Street, which is the point

ginning.
Section 2m
This Ordinance shall be held and construed as an
amendment to said above mentioned ordinances Nos. 78 and
64, ar,i Ordinance No. 167; passed by the Board of
Commissioners one June 3rd, 1910, and all other ordinances
passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Fort tw.orth, now in force which may be in conflict with'{
the terms of this Ordinance, which said Ordinances shall
remain in full force and effect except as herein amended,
and all other ordinances, and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3:
Any person or persons, association of persons,
firm or corporation who shall hereafter engage in selling
at retail e any spirituous,
vinous or malt liquors, or medicated bitters capable of J.

producing intoxication within the City of Fort Worth at
any place within the i_oundarg -Iines of the territory
described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum not less than Twenty -five ($25.00)
Dollars, and" of more than i mro Hundxea (V200.00} Dollars,
and each day that such persn or persons, association of
persons, firm_ or corporation shall so engage in such sale
or business, shall be and constitute a separate and
distinct offense, and be punishable as such.
Section 40
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication as required
by law.
