Home My WebLink AboutContract 52817-A2 CSC No.52817-A2 2a 2020 SECOND AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52817 This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52817 ("Second Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation and Resource Integrators, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company. ("Vendor"). WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52817 beginning September 19, 2019 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on or about March 3, 2020 to include an additional scope of work; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the Agreement to include additional purchases. NOW THEREFORE,known by all these present,Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The Agreement is hereby amended to add"Exhibit A-2,"Scope of Work,to include additional system support and project delivery assistance beginning upon execution of the Amendment. "Exhibit A-2" is attached hereto and incorporated into the Agreement for all purposes. 2. Resource Integrators,LLC is using POIT, LLC to provide these services. This Statement of Work is to clone the interfaces created for Fire department and update them to suit the usage requirements of Police department.This activity will involve following tasks to be performed by Presence of IT resources, - Technical development tasks to clone and update Fire Department interfaces - Technical and Functional Unit Testing of interfaces using sample files from Police TeleStaff system - Migration and validation of the interfaces to Test environments using PHIRE tool - Functional Knowledge Transfer of the interface usage to Police department SMEs - Defect resolution support for the interfaces during System Integration,User Acceptance and Parallel Testing activities. - Updates to functional and technical specification documents to reflect Police department requirements. We have made the following assumptions: • TeleStaff Implementation project for Police Department has progressed to an extent where,data transfer requirements between PeopleSoB and TeleStaff has been accurately defined • City of Fort Worth resources are available plan,prepare and execute System Integration,User Acceptance and Parallel Testing activities • Testing activities for Police department interfaces are scheduled in June—July 2020 • Subject Matter Experts(SMEs)for Schedule,Time administration and Payroll processing for Police department are available to clarify interface related questions • Pricing is based on an estimate of work to be performed. We estimate a maximum of 2 onsite trips for Dave Colameco.Therefore,the Total Expenses(not to exceed)is$4,000. 1.8 Timing of invoices Monthly in arrears Resource Integrators maintains an Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services(ITSAC)contract(DIR- TSO-3524)with DIR to provide services to entities that are authorized to procure services through DIR.
