AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1475 SO AS TO EXCLUDE
FROM THE PROVISIONS THEREOF LOTS 23 AND 24 IN BLOCK 28,
ROSEN HEIGHTS ADDITION, FIRST FILING, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the building line heretofore established under Ordinance No.
1475 along Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Fort Worth be changed so as to
exclude the building line on Lots 23 and 24, Block 28, Rosen Heights Ad-
dition, First Filing, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
