The Ordinance described said street as being a fifty (50) foot public right-of-way, but according to the application and all other documents in the Case File (V-66-46) it should have been described as a sixty (60) foot public right-of-way. The Department of Law advises that this discrepancy can be resolved by adoption of a correction ordinance Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the sixty foot public right-of-way in Block B, Crestwood Addition.
