Introduction:
The Storm Water Management Division reported to the Infrastructure and Transportation

transpire between now and the implementation of the new rates and this IR explains those events
which Council members will see over the next several weeks.

notifications must include publication of the full ordinance.
2. The first notification will be on Friday, July 27, 2007 and the public hearing its
proposed to occur at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 4, 2007.
C. In the interest of informing the public of the proposed new rates, information will be
inserted in August water bills.
Neither the public hearing nor approval of the M &C precludes the ability or need for staff to stay
