BE IT 0104r= BY THE BOARD (W tMMISSIONERS OF THF, CITY OF FT. WORTH:
SECTION 1: It shall hereafter be unla ful for
any person to run or operate any street railway oar along or over
Commerce, Bain, Houston and Throokm orton streets between Bluff and Front
streets in said oity of Fort Worth or along and over any of the arose
streets running from Commer a to Thrvokmorton t e tto. be a�`a��Bl.uff and
Prom street��e,t a great@ rate of speed thaa twely ilea per hour;
and upon, along or over any other street or public ground in the city
of Fort Worth at a greater rate of speed than Z rni.les per hour.
SECTION 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of Seotion One -of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in y
any eum not ezoesding $100.00.
SECTION Z. That all ordinanoes and parts of ordinances
In oonfliot herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and publication as
required by law.
