Be it ordained by the Board of Cotmi so ionoro of the City
of Fort T;ort'h# Texas:
Section 1. That, Whereas, Jennings Avenue, a publia
street in Said Cit7, from Jackson street to the viaduct over the
Teams and Pacific reservationp was ordered paved by order of the

boon since the pr oportg of the United States Government and during all
of said time have been used for publio purposes# to-wit: a postoffios
building
How# it is horehy ardenroa and ordained that all olslas of every
oharaoter and all liens held or claimed by the City of Fart Wcrth
by virtue of or arising from the paving of said portion of said Jeainga
Avenue on or against said, above deieeribed property are hereby released
relinquished and forever cancelled.

from and after its passage.

An Ordinance cancelling all claims and liens for the paving
of Jennings Avenue, A street in the city of Fort Worth, on
lots 14 to 29, inclusive, in Block 6, Jennings Avenue, or
Jennings East Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant
County,Texas.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Fort Worth, Texas:
Section 1. That, Whereas, Jennings Avenue, a public
street in said City, from Jackson street to the viaduct over the
Texas and Pacific reservation, was ordered paved by order of the

are adjacent to and front on said portion of said Jennings Avenue,sRd
said lots were, at the date of said order, and prior thereto, and have
been since the property of the United States Government and during all
of said time have been used for public purposes, to-wit: a postoffice
building :
Now, it is hereby ordered and ordained that all claims of every
character and all liens held or claimed by the City of Fort Worth
by virtue of or arising from the paving of said portion of said Jezdngs
AvenUe on or against said above desoribed property are hereby released
relinquished and forever cancelled.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force and take effect
from and after its passage.
I hereby certify that the above and fore going ordinance was
duly presented and unanimously passed 'and adopted by the Board
of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth at a session off said
Board held Saturday September 16th,1911.
