QRDINANCE N6,40
AN ORDINANCE•closing and vacating that part or
FIFTH Street in hh� city-of Fort ,:orth, 'texas,
which lies east of its Intersection with the
east line of Tarry Street, to the eastern ex-
tremity of said Fifth Street; that part of
Harding Street lying north of the north line of
Fifth Street for a distance of 10D feet; -that
portion of Elm Street extending from the north
boundary line of Fifth Street, along said Elm
Street, for a distance of 100 feet; and that
portion of Crump Street extending north from the
north boundary line of Fifth Street, for a dis-
tance of 100 feet along said Crump btreet, all •
of which are within the corporate limits of the
city of Fort Worth, in Tarrant county, Texas .

Section 1. That all that portion of Fifth Street
lyinh East of its intersection with the east line of Terry Street
to the eastern extremity-of said Fifth Street; thht all that'part
of Harding Street lying north of the north boundary line of Fifth
Street, along said Harding Street, for a distance of one hundred
feet; all that portion of Elm Street extending north from the north
line of Fifth Street, along said Elm Street,for a distance of
one hundred feet; all that portion of "trees.

said streets are within the corporate limits of the city of Fort

right to open sane up is hereby forever waived.
Section 2: That this ordinance take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.

was duly presented and unanimously passed and adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth at a session of
said Board held Monday Tune 30th,1913.
