An ordinance granting to John mealy, E. R. Brown, 3.E.
Plumly, R. Waverly Smith and George C. Greer, Trustees of "lagnolia
Petroleum Company, a joint stock association having its principal
office at Galveston, Galveston County, Texas, and the survivor or I
survivors of them in trust for said Company and unto their assigns
to be held by said Truestees, their successors in trust, and the
survivor or survivors of them, subject to their Declaration of
Trust of date April 24th. 1911, recorded in Book 120, page 347, at
Seq•. deed• records of Jefferson County,Tesa.s, and to tl. s Articles
of ssociation and By-Laws of said Company present an(r future, the
right, license and permit to install, equip, maintain, repair and

Be it or a ned by the Board of Commissioners of City of
Fort "'orth:
SECTION I.
The right, license and permit is hereby given and grant
• ed unto John Sealy, E. R. Brown, E. E. Flumly, R. Waverly Smith
and George C. Greer, Trustees of Magnolia Petroleum Company, a
joint stock association having its principal office at Galveston,
Texas, their successors in trust, the survivor or survivors of thec
in trust for said Company and unto their assigns to be held by saic
Trustees, their successors in trust, the survivor or survivors of
them, or their assigns, subject to their Declaration of Trust of
date April 24th. 1911, recorded in Book 120, Page 347, at seq., of
the Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, reference to which is
here made, and the Articles of Association and By-Laws of the Com-
pany, present and future, for a term of Twenty-Five (25) years frog
the date of the acceptance of Ordinance No.417 to lay, equip, main
tain, repair and operate a line of pl_pes -' 1: _�era2J_t n .cessary
and convenient size and dimensions 'or the purpose of conveying
therein and through the sam& crude petroleum, or the products of
crude petroleum, to be supplied and sold therefrom to the inhabi-
tants, and various businesses, or industrial or manufacturing in-
stitutions in the City of Fort "orth, and also to transport same
for hire along, over and upon,uhder and across the hereinafter de-
scribed streets avith the City of ort Worth, said lines to be laid
and constructed within a reasonable time along and over the follc-,�
ing described route in said City of Ft. Worth, to-wit:
(a) BEGINNING at a point on the North boundary
line of Railroad Avenue, and at this point connecting with the ex- 1
tension of the line heretofore authorized to be laid in Jones Stren t;
thence south along Jones Street to the South line of Elizabeth Street
(b) BEGINNING at a point in Railroad Avenue
and*connecting with the line just described in paragraph "a" a-
bove where same crosses said tilroad Avenue in Jones Street;
Thence East along Railroad Avenue to the 'Zest line of South Boaz
Street.
SECTION II.
That the rights, licenses and peMits heretW granted tor
said Trustees are subject to andcon roilac1by aTl co s,
ulations, cotenants a d agreeme is contained in said Ordinance No.
417, of record book Page Minutes of this Commissioners'
Court, and the rights, icenses and permits hereby granted are as
part and parcel of said Ordinance No.417 under the provisions in
said Ordinance contained authorizing this Board of Commissioners
to grant the rights herein conferred.
SECTION III.
That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force f�=and after its passage, subj act to its being published
once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the pas-
sage thereof in one newspaper published within the City of Fort
Worth.
