AN ORDLiANCE AMENDING CHARTER I, TITTE II
OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF J
FORT WORTH AS CODIFIED BY HUGH BARDIN, AND
SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES OF LARDS NO. 1, 3, 4, 8, 10 AND
12 AND SETTING FORTH METES AND BOUNDS OF
WARDS NO. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,_:
22, 23, 24 AND 25,- SAID NEWWARDS CONSTITUTING
DISTRICTS IN ADDITION TO THOSE HERETOFORE DE-
SCRIBED BY ORDINANCE, WITH FIELD NOTES CO-
EXISTEN'T WITH THE NEW BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY

SECTION I
That the boundary lines of ward number one are
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point where the center line of
Weatherford Street intersects the center line of Main
Street; THENCE in an easterly direction along the center
line of East Weatherford Street to where the said line
intersects the center line of Live Oak Street; TMCE
in a southerly direction along the center line of Live
Oak Street to where the said line intersects the center
line of East First Street; THENCE in an easterly �3rfvLon
along the center line of East First Street to where said
nine intersects the City Limits; THENCE in an easterly
direction along the north line of the B. F. Crowlsy and
R. Briggs surveys (Same being City Limit line) to the

of Marine creek where it empties into the said river;
THENCE northwesterly along the north bank of Marine
Creek to the east line of North Main Street where it
crosses between Twenty-fifth and Twenty-sixth Streets;
THENCE north along the east line of North Main Street
to a point where the east line intersects the south line
of Twenty-eighth Street; THENCE in a westerly direction
along the south line of Twentyelghth Street to a point
where the south line of Twenty-Eighth Street inter-
sects the center line of Gould Avenue; THENCE north
along the center line of Gould Avenue to a point where
the center line of Gould Avenue intersects the center
line of Extra Street; THENCE west with the center line

along the north line of the Forest Park Reservation to
the northwest corner of said Forest Park Reservation,
the same being in the west.line of the city limits;
THENCE south along the west line of said Forest Park
Reservation to the most northerly southwest corner
thereof; THENCE west 60 feet to a point in the west
line of University Park Way, which is 266.7 feet
north of the northeast corner of lot 11 of Forest
Park Court; THENCE 36 degrees 51 minutes left 464 feet;

This ordinance shall be held to be cumulative
of all other ordinances passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners describing the metes and bounds of wards of the
City of Fort Worth which ordinances or sections of or-
dinanoes are not in conflict with the terms of this or-
dinance, which ordinances shall remain in full force
and effect except in so far as the sections of same may
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, in which
instance said ordinances or sections of said ordinances
are hereby repealed.
SECTIOV XX
In the event any section or provision of this
ordinance should be held to be void or unconstitutional,
said decision shall in no way affect other provisions of
this ordinance, which provisions shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION .XXI
This ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after the date of its passage.
