RYAN SOUTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TAR- RANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ABANDONED, VACATED AND CLOSED; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LAND. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the fifteen foot alley in Block 20, John C. Ryan South Addi- tion to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, from the north line of Bowie Street to the southeast line of Old Cleburne Road, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as an alley or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said alley above described is hereby released and will revert to the owners as provided by law, save and except that easements are retained for any or all existing utilities, including the existing Southwestern Bell Telephone Company facilities, the Lone Star Gas Company facilities, and a sanitary sewer main. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Ryan South Addition Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen: A regVgst has been received frdia the adjacent property owners for closing the a I toy In B lock .20, John C. The Public Works Department and the City Planning Department have investigated this request and found that the alley Is not needed for public use. However, existing utilities will require the reservation of easements. The alley to be closed is as follows: All the 15' alley in_Block 20, John C. Ryan South Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, from the North line of Bowie Street to the Southeast line of Old Cleburne Road, SAVE AND EXCEPT the entire 15' of the alley be reserved as easement for utilities, including existing Southwestern Bell Telephone Company facilities) Lone Star Gas Company feallities and a sanitary sewer main. It is recommended that the necessary ordinance be,-adopted for the closing of the 101 alloy in Block 20, John C. Ryan South AdAitlon as described above.
