AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE
LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER
PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE
OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION;
AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA
AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID
DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011;
PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00
FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE
A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. FOFFICIALORD

SECTION 1. TF.X.
That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the ereina e
described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit:
AREA
No. 63-Z-93-CC: A portion of the W. N. Ray Survey more completely described as follows: A
part of the W. N. Ray Survey, Abstract No. 353, and a part of the N. Burton Survey, Abstract
No. 244, and a part of the G. W. Main Survey, Abstract No. 1097, and a part of the W. C.
Trimble Survey, Abstract No. 1521, and a part of the J. F. Redding Survey, Abstract No. 1302,
situated about 7 miles north 80 degrees east from the Courthouse in Tarrant County,Texas, and
embracing a portion of the 220 acres tract conveyed to W. E. Reeves by a deed recorded in
Volume 1346, page 392 of the deed records of Tarrant County, Texas, and a portion of the 40
acres tract conveyed to W. E. Reeves by a deed recorded in Volume 1333, page 451 of said deed
records; Beginning at an iron rod in the west line of the right-of-way of State Highway No.
I-820, and being 4772.7 feet north no degrees 31 minutes east and 19.5 feet north 89 degrees
30 minutes west from the southeast corner of the W. N. Ray Survey; Thence south 45 degrees 44
minutes west, along the north line of the right-of-way for Randol Mill Road as relocated, 71
feet to an iron; Thence north 89 degrees 30 minutes west, along said right,-of-way line, and
continuing 218.1 feet to an iron rod in the middle of Randol Mill Road before relocation;
Thence north 53 degrees 30 minutes east, along the middle of Randol Mill Road before relocation,
336.2 feet to an iron rod in the west line of right-of-way of said Highway No. I-820; Thence
south no degrees 30 minutes west, along said rght-of-way line, 152.3 feet to the place of begin-
ning, and containing .59 acres. (6300 Block Randol Mill Road) From "A" to "E"
SECTION 2.
The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with
the comprehensive plan for the prpose of promoting health, safety, morals, andthe general
welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to
secure safety from fire, panic, flood and other dangers; to proiLde adequate light and air;
to prevent overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate
the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other public requirements.
They have been made after a full and complete public hearing with reasonable consideration,
among other things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the
particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most
appropriate use of land throughout the community.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting
zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinances except in those instances
where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance

Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the court to be invalid,
the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other
than the part so declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with
or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less
than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for
each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense
SECTION 6.
This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication as required by law.
