Subject right-of-way, acquired by dedication, is neither paved nor open and con-
UAW tains telephone facilities. Reviewing City Departments and private utility com-
panies have no objections to this request provided:
1. A 10 ft. utility easement is reserved along the western line of the
right-of-way to be vacated;
2. The property is replatted with abutting properties.
3. The vacated right-of-way is physically closed with standard curb and
gutter when Stella Street is improved.
The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that an ordi-
nance be adopted vacating subject right-of-way as requested. A satisfactory
replat has been submitted to City Staff.
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating subject right-of-way
as recommended by the City Plan Commission.
