Vinson Construction Company Deletion of Unit Unit 2, Queen Street, was initiated by a paving petition, signed by the two owners of 100% of the abutting property. After several meetings with the property owners, it was agreed that the new street not be constructed at this time. Consequently, it is recommended that Unit 2, Queen Street, be deleted from the project.
