HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 52196-A3 CSC No.52196-A3 MAY28 cC�,"r R 20?0 THIRD AMENDMENT TO 811'*118yry FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT N0. 52196 This Third Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 ("Thid Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") and Granicus, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Vendor"). WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 beginning April 15, 2019 (the"Agreement"); WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Addendum on the same date as the Agreement(the "Addendum") WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on or about June 28, 2019, to add hardware software and maintenance to existing video streaming services to $38,357.24 through June 30, 2020; WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on or about August 19, 2019, to add Legistar Training Database subscription services at a cost not to exceed $1,637.10 through April 26, 2020; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the Agreement to include additional purchases. NOW THEREFORE,known by all these present,Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit C of the Agreement in its entirety with Attachment A, attached to this Third Amendment for Legistar Training Database subscriptions services at a prorated cost not to exceed $311.15 through June 30, 2020 and one- time hardware and software cost for VoteCast Display at a cost not to exceed$1,205.00. 2. The Addendum shall apply to the quote attached hereto and to all future quotes that are made a part of the Agreement. 3. The total amount of the Agreement as amended, will not exceed$46,388.39. 4. All other terms,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
