R E S O L U T I O N A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON November 15, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, November 15, 1983, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering the following amendment to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City: Adding a new zoning district to be known as the "A-R" Residential District, providing for the construction of zero lot line houses on .. smaller lots; providing use and development regulations therein; revising the use and development regulations in Districts "B" and "R-1"; making the development regulations cumulative in Districts "A" through "R-1" and providing for other corollary changes consistent with the intent of the ordinance. (Recommended for approval by zoning commission (z-83-205) . Further, the purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described.
