A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE
HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL
AM'`
BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON
OCTOBER 11, 1983, AT 10.00 A.M. , FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID
HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL
OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, October 11, 1983, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of
said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council chambers at the
Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and
amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or
not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning
classification of the following area shall be changed as hereinafter
described.
Z-83-078 Part of the David Odurn Survey, Abstract No. 1184, situated
in the northerly part of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a 3/4" iron rod for the northwest corner of
Parcel Three described in the deed to American Manufacturing
Company of Texas recorded in volume 6143, page 831 of the
Tarrant County Deed Records, and being in the south line of
Interstate Highway Loop 820 and said iron being the
northeast corner of the tract described in the deed to Wm.
C. Jennings, Agent, recorded in volume 4234, page 541 of the
