R E S O L U T I O N
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT
THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, ON JUNE 7, 1983, AT 7:30 P.M. ,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO.
3011 , WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID
CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY
CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL
OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS,
That at 7:30 O'clock P.M. , Tuesday, June 7, 1983, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
Oft� at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011 , the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to
determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be
amended so that the zoning classification of the following area
shall be changed as hereinafter described.
Z-83-034 Being a 5.693 acre tract of land out of the J.W.
Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1599 and the E.
Littlepage Survey, Abstract 971 as recorded in Volume
4847, Page 446, Tarrant County Deed Records and being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron pin in the most southeasterly
corner of the J.W. Williams Survey, also being in the
west right-of-way of County Road No. 1054;
THENCE north 1 degrees 08 minutes east for a distance
of 375.0 feet to a point;
THENCE south 86 degrees 12 minutes west for a distance
of 200.4 feet to the point of BEGINNING;
THENCE south 86 degrees 12 minutes west for a distance
of 161 .2 feet to a point;
THENCE south 00 degrees 34 minutes west for a distance
of 130.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
right;
THENCE in a southwesterly direction along the curve to
the right whose tangent bears south 00 degrees 34
minutes west having a radius of 1692.24 for a distance
of 728.54 feet;
THENCE south 25 degrees 14 minutes west for a distance
of 608.3 feet;
THENCE south 9 degrees 07 minutes west for a distance
of 460.8 feet to a point;

of 117.95 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE north 5 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds east for
a distance of 539.46 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE north 45 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds east for
a distance of 201 .65 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE 35 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds east for a
distance of 160.7 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE north 16 degrees 51 minutes east for a distance
of 731 .64 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE north 12 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds east for
a distance of 533.42 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE north 55 degrees 35 minutes east for a distance
of 204.47 feet to a point;
THENCE south 1 degrees 08 minutes west for a distance
of 273.78 feet to the point of BEGINNING and
containing 5.693 acres of land, more or less.

Being a 1 .04 acre tract of land out of the J.W.
Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1599 as recorded in
Volume 4847, Page 446, Tarrant County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron pin in the most southeasterly
corner of the J.W. Williams Survey, also being in the
west right-of-way of County Road 1054. Thence north 1

of 258.90 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE south 88 degrees 51 minutes east for a distance
of 60.0 feet to an iron pin in the west right-of-way
of County Road No. 1054;

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will
be held in accordance with the provisions of Article
1011-A-1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution when signed by the
Mayor and published in the official newspaper of the City of
Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circulation, one ( 1 )
time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication
shall be made at least fifteen ( 15) days prior to such hearing,
and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the
Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at the time
hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may
,,k occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day
until every interested party and citizen has had a full
opportunity to be heard.
