RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MAY 11, 1982, AT
10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, May 11, 1982, the City Council
of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City,
will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal
Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to
Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said
City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said
Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification
of the following area shall be changed ds hereinafter specified.

Section One of Ridglea Apartments, situated in the City of Fort
Worth in Tarrant County, Texas as said Section One appears upon the
map recorded in volume 388-D, page 53 of the Tarrant Deed Records.
BEGINNING at a 3/4" iron rod for the northwest corner of said
Section One at the intersection of the east line of Westridge
Avenue and the south line of Sunset Drive;
THENCE along the north line of said Section One and the said south
line of Sunset Drive: north 74 degrees-34 minutes east 79-35/100
feet to a galvanized spike at the beginning of a curve to the
right with a radius of 175-19/100 feet; then along said curve to
the right 45-25/100 feet to a J" pipe at its end; north 89 degrees-
22 minutes east 248-1/10 feet to a 3/4" iron rod at the beginning
of a curve to the right with a radius of 55 feet; then along said
curve to the right 116-7/10 feet to a 3/4" iron rod at its end in
the westerly line of Winthrop Drive;
THENCE along the easterly line of said Section One and said
westerly line of Winthrop Drive: south 30 degrees-58 minutes west
164-7/10 feet to a 3/4" iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the
left with a radius of 241-6/10 feet; then along said curve to the
left 61-8/10 feet to a 1" iron rod for the southeasterly corner of
said Section One and the northeast corner of Section Three of said
Ridglea Apartments;
THENCE along the south line of said Section One and the north line
of said Section Three: north 69 degrees-40 minutes west 66-3/10 feet
to a 7/8" iron rod; west 29 feet to a mark "Y". south 72 feet to the
corner of a building; west 85 feet; north 35 feet to a mark "Y"; and
then west 96-9/10 feet to a bois d'art stake for the common west
corner of said Section One and Section Three in the east line of
Westridge Avenue;
THENCE northerly along the west line of said Section One and the
said East line of Westridge Avenue along a curve to the left with
a radius of 957-6/10 feet a distance of 268 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 101,922 square feet; the chord of said 268
feet arc is north 7 degrees-24 minutes-22 seconds west 267-13/100
feet.

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in
accordance with the provision of Article 1011-A-1O11K of the Revised Civil
Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution when signed by the Mayor and
published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is
a paper of.general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice
of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days
prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested
to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at the time
hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur
"-' to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every
interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
