RESOLUTION
A RESOLTUION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 13, 1982, AT
10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, April 13, 1982, the City Council
of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City,
will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal
Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to
Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said
City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not
said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classif-
ication of the following area shall be changed as hereinafter specified.
Z-82-19 BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the tract described in
Volume 6499, Page 247, above referenced, said point being a
pipe at a fence corner in the south line of Southview Road,
said point also being the Northeast corner of a tract
described in Volume 5001 , Page 571, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE N. 890 - 59' - 22" E. 1505.68 feet along the Northerly
line of the tracts described in Volume 6499, Pages 243 & 247,
above referenced, to an iron pin in the East line of a tract
described in a deed to the State of Texas, of record in
Volume 6984, Page 779, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE Southerly with the West line of the last referenced
tract, as staked, the following courses and distances:
S. 40 - 01' - 22" W. 101.03 feet to an iron pin at the
PC of a curve to the Left having a radius of 2924.79 feet,
thence, with the arc of said curve 195.62 feet to an iron
pin at the PT of same;
thence, S. 0° - 12' - 05" W. 597.39 feet to an iron pin;
thence, S. 1° - 24' - 22" W. 100.02 feet to an iron pin
in the West line of the last referenced tract, said point
being at the Northeast corner of a tract described in
Volume 4915, Page 179, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N. 890 - 52' - 19" W. 200.08 feet to an iron pin at the
Northwest corner of the last referenced tract;
THENCE S. 00 - 15' - 45" E. at 300.0 feet passing an iron pin
in the Northerly line of Richland Road and continuing in all ,
332.6 feet to a point in same for corner;
THENCE West 1013.6 feet along Richland Road to an iron pin
for corner, said point being the Southeast corner of a tract
described in Volume 5001, Page 567, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;

referenced tract, same being a curve having a radius of

in accordance with the provision of Article 1011-A-1O11K of the Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution when signed by the Mayor
and published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which
is a paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a
notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen
(15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal
Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or
suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from
day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full
opportunity to be heard.
