-- A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 10, 1979, AT
9:30 A.M.. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 9:30 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, April 10, 1979, the City Council of the City of
Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing
in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering
changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance
of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said
Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification of the fol-
lowing areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified.

Z-79-30 The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Robert
Ray Survey, A-1290, Tarrant County, Texas, and being the same tract as
conveyed to Herman J. Smith by deed recorded on Page 551 of Volume 6008
in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING about North a distance of 25.0 feet and East a distance of
1357.44 feet from the Southwest corner of the said Robert Ray Survey
and being S 88°42' E, a distance of 1032.13 feet from a concrete Highway
Department monument at the intersection of the North line of John T.
White Road with the East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 820
and also being in the North line of said John T. White Road, said POINT
OF BEGINNING.
THENCE N 0013110" E, at a distance of 0.69 feet an old iron rod, a total
distance of 500.19 feet;
THENCE S 88042' E. a distance of 538.0 feet to the proposed centerline of
Newberry Trail;
THENCE S 79000' E, a distance of 153.0 feet to make a corner;
THENCE S 11000' W, a distance of 480.0 feet to make a corner;
THENCE N 88042' W. a distance of 610.0 feet to PLACE OF BEGINNING, contain-
ing 7.6 acres of land, r.ore or'less.

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in
accordance with the provisions of Article 1O11A--1D11Y. of the Revised Civil
Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and
published in the office newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a
paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a note of
hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior
to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in
the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set
forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and
citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
