HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 602 R E S O L U T I ION FILE NO. -- A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY' OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MAY 15, 1979 AT 9:30 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY . CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TD BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. That at 9:30 o'clock A.M. , Tuesday, May 15, 1979, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified. Z-79-33 Lots 3 thru 14, Block 11, and Lots 1 thru 4, dock 12, Alta Mere Addition (3004 thru 3048, and 3001 thru 3013 Ramona OriVO) Recommended from "A" One-Family to "I" Light Industrial Z-79-37 Lots 4, 5, 19 thru 23, Block 2, North Mistletoe Addition (1000 Forest Park Blvd) Recommended from "E" Commercial and "A" One-Family to "I" Light Industrial Z-79-38 Lots 1 thru 10, and 27 thru 36, Block 12, South Seminary Addition (9301 Crowley Road) Recommended from "A" One-Family to 'IF-R" Restricted Commercial Z-79-40 Lots 7 thru 10, 17 thru 20, and A, Block 24, Sycamore Heights Addition (2400 Scott, 2401 Carter) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "G" Commercial Z-79-43 Lot 2, Marler Subdivision (4125 thru 4135 Hardeman St.) Recommended from "E" Commercial to "F" Commercial Z-79-44 Lot 13, Block 10, Wilkes Estate (5712 Ashbury) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "I" Light Industrial Z-79-46 BEING 10.164 acres of land located in the C.P. Madden Survey, Abstract No. 1012, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of the 146.4 acre tract of land conveyed to First Continental Enterprises, Inc. by the deed recorded in Volumn 4690, Page 592 of the heed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published In the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until tiVery interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
