RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON DECEMBER 11 , 1979, AT
9:30 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011 , WHICH IS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 9:30 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, December 11, 1979, the City Council of the
City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold
a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building for the
purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the
Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing
Y is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended
so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as
hereinafter specified.
Z-79-160 Lot A, Block 45, Candleridge Addition
(Corner of McCart & Cleburne Road) and
Tract 3-A of the J. Williams Survey, more fully described by metes
and bounds as follows:
Part of the J. Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1599 and Lot A in
Block 45 of Candleridge as said Lot appears upon the map recorded
In volume 388-117, page 16 of the Tarrant County Deed Records
situated in the City of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, Texas and
embracing the 5-22/100 acres tract described in the deed to Candleridge
Shopping Center Associates, a Texas Joint Venture recorded in
volume 6771 , page 1397 of said Deed Records.
Beginning at a 3/4" iron rod for the northeast corner of said
5-22/100 acres tract in the west line of McCart Street.

Street, 272-12/100 feet to a 3/4" iron.
Thence north 88 degrees-47 minutes-40 seconds west 105 feet to

Thence south 1 degree-12 minutes-20 seconds west 60 feet to a 3/4"
iron rod.
Thence north 88 degrees-47 minutes-40 seconds west 25 feet to a
3/4" iron rod.
Thence south 1 degree-12 minutes-20 seconds west 288 feet to a
3/4" iron rod in the south line of the said 5-22/100 acres tract
for the north line of Cleburne Road.
Thence westerly, along a curve to the left with a radius of 790
feet along the said south line of 5-22/100 acres tract and the
north line of Cleburne Road, 174-06/100 feet to a 5/8" iron for
the southwest corner of said 5-22/100 acres tract and the south-
east corner of the tract described in the deed to South Hills
Lodge No. 2200, Loyal Order of Moose recorded in volume 5940,
page 944 of the Tarrant County Deed Records; the chord of said
174-06/100 feet arc is south 65 degrees-44 minutes-02 seconds west

line of said 5-22/100 acres tract and the east line of said
South Hills Lodge tract, at 499-32/100 feet pass the northeast
corner of said South Hills Lodge tract, and continue in all

and utility easement as it appears upon the map of Wedgwood

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution when signed by the Mayor and published
in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general
circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication
shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested
parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the Municipal
Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion
that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every
interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
