RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 15, 1980, AT
9:30 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 9:30 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, April 15, 1980, the City Council of the
City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold
a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building for the
purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the
Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing
is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended
so that the zoning classification of the following area shall be changed as
hereinafter specified.
Z-80-020 Being a 4.70 acre tract of land out of the J.M.B. Smith Survey,
Abstract No. 1412, Tarrant County, Texas, said 4.70 acre tract
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point; said point being the southwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 2, Woodmont Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
as recorded in Vol. 388-119, page 17/18 Tarrant County Deed Records;
said point also being in the north right-of-way line of Alta Mesa
Boulevard, a 170-foot public street;
Thence, N 83°39'21"W with the said north right-of-way line of
Alta Mesa Boulevard, a distance of 654.0 feet to a point;
Thence, N 89°37'10"W a distance of 103.08 feet to a point;
Thence, N 83039'21"W a distance of 20.0 feet to a point for a
corner;
Thence, leaving said north right-of-way line of said Alta Mesa
Boulevard in a northeasterly direction the following approximate
courses and distances:
N 17010156" E 115.85 feet to a point;
N 37000100" E 84.00 feet to a point;
N 58*45' W, 120.0 feet to a point;
S 80*30' E, 228.0 feet to a point;
N 72045' E, 220.0 feet to a point;
N 16015' E, 55.0 feet to a point, said
paint being the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
the City of Fort Worth, Texas;
Thence, S 22015' E along the southwest line of said tract a distance
of 170.0 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner
of the aforementioned Lot 1, Block 2, Woodmont Addition;
Thence, continuing S 22015' E a distance of 195.0 feet to a point;
Thence, S 6*07' W a distance of 90.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
and containing 4.70 acres of land.

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in
accordance with the provisions of Article 1011-A--1O11K of the Revised Civil
Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this this Resolution when signed by the Mayor and pub-
lished in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper
of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing,
which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hear-
ing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council
Chamber at the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make
any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue
from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full
opportunity to be heard.
