MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the �j day of , 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to -wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

0.2696 acres, more or less, as described in the following two tracts:
First Tract: 0.1836 acres %J land, more or less, being Lot 1, Block 20, Homeland
Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat
recorded in Volume 388, Page 13, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, SAVE AND
EXCEPT that part described in Deed to G.A. Moseley et ux, Vera B. Moseley, dated
6/5/48 recorded in Volume 2023, Page 2, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Second Tract: 0.086 acres of land, more or less, being a portion of Lot 12, Block 6, University
Hill Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to Plat
recorded in Volume 388, Page 28, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being further
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12, Block 6 of said Addition;
THENCE North 50 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 12;
THENCE West with the common line of Lots 12 and 11, 125 feet to the East line of a tract
conveyed to the City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 2002, Page 575, Deed Records, Tarrant
County;
THENCE Southeasterly curving to the left along the circumference of a circle with a radius of
125 feet, a distance of 115.6 feet to the South line of Lot 12, being in the North line of Butler
Street;
THENCE East 25 feet with the South line of Lot 12 and the North line of Butler Street to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING, and being the same land described in Warranty Deed from Earl R.
Richardson and wife, Eva O. Richardson to Ulysses G. Westmoreland and wife, Clois A
Westmoreland, recorded in Volume 3872, Page 632, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
