This SECOND A-IMENDMENT TO LEASE("Second Amendment") is made and entered
into by and between the CITY OF FORT wowi,II ("Landlord"), a home rule municipal
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through Dana Burghdoff,
its duly authorized Assistant City Manager,and Paul I). Williams ("Tenant").
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises contained herein and in the ease
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Landlord and Tenant agree as follows:
The address in the Lease Amendment to Lake Worth Residential Lease Agreement between
Landlord and Tenant (City Secretary Contract No. 53938) ("First Amendment") mistakenly
identified the address for Lot 32, Block 20,Lake Worth Leases Addition,Fort Worth,Tarrant County,
Texas as 9408 Watercress Drive, Fort Worth, Texas. The correct address is 9416 Watercress Drive,
Fort Worth, Texas. The First Amendment is hereby amended to the correct address, and all other
terms and conditions of the Lease and First Amendment remain in full force and effect.
