SECTION 1.
That the hereinafter described territory lying adjacent to the City
Of fort ':;orth is hereby annexed and brought vfLt{in the corporate limits and
i,.�de .n inte-ral part of said City of ?ort rt'orth, said territory being situ-
ated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Bein; a tract of land north of the City of Fort ',forth
and lying in the S. '."ownsend, 1,'. T•. dean, i_'. Doshier,
B. B. B. & C. R.R., T. & P. A.R., S. A. Hatcher, J.

BEGINNING at a point in the present City of Fort
;forth City Limit Line at its intersection with the

SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be published one time in The Fort ':7orth
_'ress, a de.ily newspaper ~)ub1_shed in the City of :Fort ':Torth, in accordance
tae provisions of Section Q, Chapter VIII of the City Charter.
SEVION 3.
That this ordinance shall become effecuive ana be in full force and
effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than thirty
(30) drys from t_Ze date of its publication, as aforesaid, anti it is so
ordained.
