AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3535, BEING AN
ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH; AND PRESCRIBING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3535, being an ordinance passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Fort Worth on the 16th day of May, 1955, annexing
certain territory lying adjacent to the City of Fort Worth be, and the same
is hereby, in all respects, repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
This ordinance was duly passed and adopted by the City Council on
Friday, the 5th day of September, 1955.
