BE IT CIRDAINED BY TH7R. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS-
Section 1.
That the hereinafter described territory lying adjacent to the City of Fort
Worth is hereby annexed and brought within the corporate limits and made an integral
part of said City of Fort Worth, said territory being situated in Tarrant County,

BM a tract of land about 9 miles northwest from the Courthouse
of Tarrant County, Texas, and lying in and including all or Dart of the
S. Townsend, J. B. McGee, G. W. Miller, J. A. Winebrenner, H. Dikeman,
W. W. Warnell, C. A. Klaykendall, W. Y. Robinson, and B. B. B. & C. 2.7.
Co. Surveys, and being more fully described as follows:
B31INNING at a point in the present City Limit Line of the City of
Fort Worth, the south line of the S. Townsend Survey, said point being
the northeast corner of the G. R. Williams tract and the southeast corner
of a tract acquired from J. H. McNaz as such tracts are referred to in
the corporate boundary description of the city of Fort Worth, as con-
tained in the "ort Worth City Code of 1950;
THENICE, east, along the south line of the S. Townsend Survey, the
present City Limit Line of the City of Fort Worth, to a point 1000 feet
west from the west line of the Wm. Dean Survey;
THE14CE north, along a line parallel to and 1000 feet west from the
west line of the Wm. Dean Survey, to its intersection with the south right-
of-way line of the Texas Electric Power Transmission line;
THDICE east, along the south right-of-way line of the Texas Electric
Power Transmission line to its intersection with the east right -of -way
line of State Farm to Market Road No. 1220;
THENCE north, northwest and north, along the east, northeast and
east right-of-way line of State Farm to 'Market Road No. 1220, to its
intersection with the south right-of-way line of County Road No. h126
produced east;
THENCE westerly, along the south right-of-way line of County Road
No. 4126, produced east, to and along the south right-of-way line of
county Road �;o. 4126, with its meanders, to its intersection with the
northeasterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 4030;
'MENCE continuing along the southerly right-of-way line of County
Road No. 4126, produced southwesterly, to its intersection with the 'present
City Limit Line of the City of Fort Worth as said line is described in
the corporate boundary description of the City of Fort Worth in the Fort
Worth City code of 1950;
17TEWCE southerly, along the oresent City Limit Line of the City of
Fort Worth, with its meanders, as said line is described in the corporate
boundary description of the City of Fort north in the ',Fort 'Worth City
Code of 1950, to the place of beginning, and containing ape
3-94 square miles.

That this ordinance shall and does hereby amend every prior ordinance in con-
flict herewith, and more particularly this ordinance expressl- PM n e d a Ordinances

3831 and h777, heretofore adopted and nassed on May 16, 1958, and December,10, 1962,
respectively, but as to all other ordinances or sections of ordinances not in direct
conflict herewith this ordinance shall be and is hereby, made cumulative.
Section 3.
That this ordinance shall be -published one time in a daily newspaper published
in the City of Fort 4orth, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40, Chapter
XXVITT of the City Charter.
Section h.
If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, phrase, or word of this ordinance
is for any reason held void or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction,
such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, subsections,
clauses, sentences, phrases or words, except as the same are inseparable from and
indispensable to the remaining portions of the ordinance.
Section 5.
That this ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and effect
upon its final oassage, which in no event shall be less than thirty (30) days
from the date of its publications, as aforesaid, and it is so ordained.
