A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 14, 1975, at 9:30 A. M. FOR THE *� PURPOSE,OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 14th day of April , 1975, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011 , the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified. Z-75-11 Lots 9 and 10, Block 30, Wedgwood Addition (5400 & 5405 Woodway Drive) Recommended from "E-R" Restricted Commercial to "E" Commercial Z-75-18 Lots 1 through 12, Block 63, Ryan and Pruitt Addition (3400 Block May Street) Recommended from "J" Light Industrial to "K" Heavy Industrial Z-75-21 Lot 18 and south half of Lot 19, Block 6, Fostepco Heights Addition (3811 North Terry) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "K" Heavy Industrial Z-75-22 Being a tract of land out of the E. Kuykendall by deed recorded in Volume 909, Page 156, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, being described as follows: Commencing at an iron rod in the Westerly most West line of said Johnson Survey, also being South 462.7 feet from its Northwest corner and being in the South line of the R.O.W. of the Dallas-Fort Worth Turnpike and being in the East line of Block 17 in Sycamore Heights Addition to Fort Worth; Thence Northeasterly along curve to the left with a radius of 5980.0 feet, 190.85 feet to an iron pin for the BEGINNING POINT OF TRACT BEING DESCRIBED: Thence Northeasterly along curve to the left 300.0 feet to an iron pin for corner in the East line of said Kuykendall Tract; Thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West along an irregular fence, 300.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; Thence South 83 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West 200.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; Thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East 100.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; Thence South 83 degrees 51 minutes West 100.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; Thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East 200.0 feet to the place of BEGINNING and CONTAINING 1.823 acres of land. Thence Northeasterly along said northwesterly line of Lot A: along a curve to the left with a radius of 1198 feet a distance of 63 feet to the end of said curve and whose long chord bears north 41 degrees-56 minutes east 62-99/100 feet; and then along another curve to the left with a radius of 510-3/10 feet a distance of 105 feet to the end of said curve and whose long chord bears north 34 degrees-32 minutes east 104-84/100 feet; and then north 66 degrees-50 minutes east 35-9/10 feet to the place of beginning and con- taining 12,117 square feet. (6300 Ridglea Place) Recommended from "A" One-Family to "G" Commercial �.r That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of Article 1011A--1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula- tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein- above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
