RE: Amendment 01 -Architectural Services
Park Maintenance Facility- Phase 2,
QAI 17056.01
Brian:
We respectfully submit this request for Amendment 01 for expanded scope for Architectural
Services for the Park Maintenance Facility - Phase 2, M&C C-28860 (City Secretary Contract #
51504, Purchase Order-FW021-0000006717,34018-0800450-5330500--101010-004430-9999
18020111). This request is specifically for development of a covered wash area for mowers and
equipment (excluding vehicles). The original design scope did not include due to early budget
estimates performed during Master Planning efforts. Recently the Divisions on site and local
users determined it was necessary for their daily operations and a request was made to add it
back into the project.
Compensation for Additional Services as described herein is proposed to be a lump sum in the
amount of $20,000 including MEP, structural and civil consultants. The preliminary estimate of
construction cost is between $180,000 and $210,000.
Sincerely,
David G. Duman,AIA
