A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE
CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MAY 12, 1975, AT 9:30 A. M. FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011 , WHICH
.r IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE
FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY
TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT WORTH, TEXAS.
That at 9:30 o'clock A.M., the 12th day of May, 1975, the City Council of the City of
Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in
the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of considering changes and amend-
ments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The
purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance should be amended
so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as herein-
after specified.
Z-75-26 A 0.106 Acre tract of land out of the D. M. Helms Survey A-812, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being a portion of the tract of land conveyed to J. A.
Grogan and recorded in Volume 1697, Page 393, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas; said tract of land being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north right of way line of Brentwood Drive, being
.r the Southeast corner of Lot 13, Block 15, Brentwood Hills Addition to the
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to Plat recorded in
Volume 388-8, Page 140, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
Thence North 00' 04' 16" East a distance of 119.32 feet to a point in the
Westerly right of way line of Brentwood Stair Road, an unrecorded, but
existing public right of way, as designated by the Texas Turnpike Authority

with the provisions of Article 1O11A--1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in
the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula-
tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be
made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein-
above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had
a full opportunity to be heard.
