HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 311 RESOLt3AI4N FILE NO. �1 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has called a Capital Improvements Bond Election to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 1975; and, WHEREAS, the City Council by unanimous vote placed on the ballot twelve (12) proposals totaling $92,375,000 to be voted on in- dividually by the qualified voters of the City of Fort Worth; and, WHEREAS, the City Council conducted extensive citizen studies in all areas of the City before finalizing the twelve proposals to be submitted to the voters; and, WHEREAS, each of the twelve proposals represents a vital community need, as expressed by the people of Fort Worth themselves: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That it endorses the City Bond Election to be held December 9, 1975, and urges adoption of the proposals through citizen voter participation.
