He attended school at Topeka, Kansas, and at Atwater, California, and graduated from Atwater High School in 1967. �1 Mr. Mailloux's interest in his fellowman led him into police work and he became a train8,e in the Fort Worth Police Department August 5, 1968, and a police patrolman January 11, 1969. While working as a policeman he continued his studies that he might better serve the City of Fort Worth and its citizens. On Saturday morning November 29, 1975, Officer Mailloux met `.� his death in an attempt to apprehend an armed robbery uspect. was a courageous and fearless public servant who had rec ive cowmen i dation for his work. His death leaves an unfillab uacan i the Police Department of the City of Fort Worth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TY C UNCIL OF THE { f� CITY OF FORT WORTH: That the City Council extend its utmost sympathy to his widow, Mrs. Norma Lee Mailloux, his daughter, Pam, and to other members of his family in their great loss.
