RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE,
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR A GRANT UNDER THE TERMS OF P.L. 94-369 ,
THE LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS AND CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT ACT.
WHEREAS, under the terms of Public Law 94-369, the United States
of America has authorized the making of grants to public bodies to
aid in the Financing of local public works construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file
an application on behalf of the City of Fort Worth with the Economic
Development Administration, United States Department of Commerce,
for a grant to finance the construction of the Sycamore Park Project.
