Provide a description of the scope of the change to the work contemplated by the TA -approved Planning Funding Agreement (PFA) or Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA). The change order requests 150 vehicular chargers for CFW Fire apparatus. CFW Fire Department has 150 undiscovered vehicular chargers installed in fire apparatus. These were not included in the initial FRA inventory. The required mobile charger for the impress batteries for the replacement portables is WPLN428013. The labor estimate to remove the existing mobile charger and install the replacement is 0.5 hours per unit. 2. Explain the need for the change. During the course of reconfiguration implementation licensee identified the requirement for an additional 150 vehicular chargers installed in Fire apparatus. 3. Impact of Change on Timeline: Estimate any increase or decrease in the time required to complete the planning or reconfiguration activities contemplated in your MCA or FRA that is due to the change.
