Pursuant to our discussion in your office last week, please accept this letter as my
proposal to extend our current traffic signal timing on -call services contract to include
additional work on the following arterial signals:
1. Hulen St. from I-30 through Cranbury Rd.
2. University from Lancaster to Berry St.
3. Berry St. from Stadium through Cleburne
4. Seventh St. at Stayton
5. North Beach St.
6. Any other locations as subsequently assigned by your office.
For these services I propose to continue our current billing rate of $ 165.- per hour, with
auto mileage from my apartment in Irving at IRS -allowed rates current at the time the
work is performed (55 cents per mile as of this writing). Per your calculations, I expect
this extension to increase the value of the contract to a total of approximately $ 44,750.-
Please review this proposal and advise me of any adjustments you need me to make.
Thanks,
; I" 9 &n
