CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. O I -
On May , 2010, the City of Fort Worth (ty") and Centerline Art Services, LLC ("Contractor")
entered into City Secretary Contract No. 40165 ("Contract"). The City has designated the Arts
Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Inc. as its Contract Manager to manage this agreement on
its behalf.
ARTICLE 1
SERVICES
1.1 Contractor covenants and agrees to fully perform, or cause to be performed, with good faith and
Inc diligence, as needed services to be performed at the direction of the Contract Manager and in
accordance with a written addenda, which shall be executed to this agreement and incorporated herein for
all purposes. Services shall be performed in a professional manner and in strict compliance with all terms
and conditions in this Agreement.
1.2 Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to provide deliverables
required unless otherwise negotiated in advance of the project.
1.3 Upon request by the Contractor, the City shall promptly furnish all information, materials and
assistance required by the Contractor to perform the Services to the extent that such materials and
assistance are available.
1.4 The Contractor shall notify the City, through its Contract Manager, in writing of any necessary
changes of scope of Services or of any reasonable issues of concern including safety to the Collection or
to the public. City shall have the right to approve any changes in the scope of Services, pursuant to
Section 3.2.
1.5 The City shall have the right to request of the Contractor a written progress report
detailing the progress made toward completion of the Services.
1.6 Contractor, individually and through its subcontractors, shall take all necessary precautions to
protect and preserve the integrity of the Sculpture while providing Services. Contractor shall not attempt
to make repairs or alterations to the Sculpture, but shall report any damages immediately to the Contract
Manager.

SERVICES
MAINTENANCE TREATMENT
1) Molly, Rebecca Low (2007) Copper plating, neon lighting.
Council Chambers, City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton Street, 76102
Collection Manager will arrange access and notify city staff of work. Artwork should be gently
dusted, lighting should be checked. Any concerns should be reported to the FWPA Collection
manager.
2) Friends For Life, Alice Bateman (2008) Cor ten Steel
Chuck Silcox Animal Care and Control Center, 4900 Martin Street, 76119
Installation includes steel fencing and die cut figures. Contractor should use compressed air and
an assortment of brushed to dislodge built-up debris.
3) Rodeo Plaza: Legacy of the Land, Steve Teeters (2008)
Rodeo Plaza, Historic Stockyards, Exchange and Stockyards Blvd. 76164
Installation includes cor ten and stainless steel enhancements and bronze and copper elements
along a pedestrian street including: _light poles, _stirrups, two (2) belts with stainless steel
buckles and accompanying benches, one (1) archway (south entrance) with benches and five (5)
pair bronze boots, four (4) sconces (south entrance), north gate. Contractor should use
compressed air and an assortment of brushed to dislodge built-up debris.
4) Untitled Mural, Anthony Dominguez (2005)
Northside Branch Library, 601 Park Street, 76164
Painted Mural (Nova paints and Sheercoat anti -graffiti coating.) Mural should be cleaned with
solution of soap and water. Once the surface is completely dry, coat surface with Sheercoat.
Collection manager will provide MSDS sheets and cleaning instructions.
