WITH GUARDF]NO T, LLC
(CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 40783)
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and GUARDFIRST, LLC ("Consultant")
made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 40783, ("Contract");
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for a the purpose of developing
a preparedness study;
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expires on August 28, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the parties with to extend the term of the Contract and to continue services
pursuant to the Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, hereby agree as follows:
1.
Section 2, Term of the Contract is hereby amended to extend the term to expire
December 31, 2011, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Contract.
2.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unaffected and in full force and
effect, are binding on the parties and are hereby ratified by the City and Contractor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contractor hereto have executed this
