BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF TTIE CITY OF F02T WORTH: Section 1. That the following described territory within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth is hereby discontinued as a part of the City of Fort Worth and said tract of land is described by metes and bounds as follows: BEING a tract about 12 miles southwest from the Courthouse of Tarrant County, Texas and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the present city limit line of the City of Fort Worth in the north right -of -way line of Benbrook Cardinal Chaplin Road (County Road No. 1040), 80 feet west from the east line of the L. B. Creswell Survey produced north; THENCE south parallel to and 80 feet west from the east line of the L. B. Creswell Survey produced north, parallel to and 80 feet west from the east line of the L. B. Creswell Survey, and parallel to and 80 feet west from east line of the L. B. Creswell Survey produced south, to a point 50 feet south from the middle of :Marys Creek; THENCE easterly along a line parallel to and 50 feet south from the middle of Marys Creek, to a point 50 feet west from the west line of the D. P. Dean Tract in the T. G. Zachery and J. F. Elliott Surveys; THENCE south along a line parallel to and 50 feet west from the west line of the D. P. Dean Tract and along a line parallel to and 50 feet west from the west line of the D. P. Section 2. That this ordinance shall and does hereby amend every prior ordinance in conflict herewith, and more particularly this ordinance expressly amends Ordinance Nos. 3767, h882 and 3846, heretofore adopted and passed on July 15, 1963, but as to all other ordinances or sections of ordinances not in direct conflict herewith this ordinance shall be and is hereby, made cumulative. Section 3. if any section, subsecti_o:, or provision of th ;.s ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of coo�etent jurisdiction, the oortion so geld to be invalid or unconstitutional small not affect any other part of the ordinance, which shall remain in fell force and e`'fe::t.
