"All of the provisions of this Chapter [35] shall be deemed to be incorporated in every contract between the city and its water or sanitary sewerage service customers, and each customer or consumer shall be charged with knowledge of the provisions of this chapter and, by applying for and accepting water or sanitary sewerage service from the city to have assented to the provisions of this chapter." This shall include any and all ordinances adopted and amending Chapter 35 such as ARTICLE VI. LAWN AND LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONSERVATION. Authorize the Water Department to provide water and sewer service at 1.25 times the retail rate to Avondale Haslet Dental Center to serve a property located at 1377 Avondale Haslet Road; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for such services. DISCUSSION: Mrs. Amelia Haffner Baugh, DDS, PA, the owner of Avondale Haslet Dental Center has submitted a request to receive water and sewer service from the City of Fort Worth for a property located at 1377 Avondale Haslet Road. The legal description of the property is Lot 4, Block A of Boaz Addition, located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of Fort Worth inside Tarrant County. Mrs. Amelia Haffner Baugh has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 7.
