AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, R.ESID&ICE, OR OTHEsR PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF- STREET PARKING AND LOADING, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNI- CIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE, AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST SUITED TO CARRY OUT THESE REGULATIONS; WHICH DISTRICTS AND THE BOUNDARIES OF SUCH DISTRICTS ARE SHONFN UPON A MAP MARKED EXHIBIT "A", AND MADE A PART OF THIS ORDINANCE, BEING DESIG- NATED AS THE "DISTRrICT MAPTI, AND SAID YAP AND ALL OF THE NOTATIONS, REFERENCES AND OTHER INFORMATION SHOWN THEREON SHALL AND DO CONSTITUTE A PART Or THIS ORDI- NANCE THE SAME AS IF THE MATTERS AND INFORMATION SET FORTH BY SAID MAP WERE ALL FULLY DESCRIBED; HEREIN; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE, PRiSCRIBING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) NOR MORE THV! TRO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND PRO- VIDING AN hil'FECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED B_f THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT NORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended to include the area annexed by Ordinance Number 3273, January 19, 1955 to the City of Fort Worth, and that the districts and the boundaries of such districts are shown upon the map 'Exhibit "A" ' attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, being designated as the "District Map ", and said map and all the notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this ordinance as if the matters and information set forth by said map were all fully described herein. SECTION 2. Should any section clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3 It shall be duty of the City Manager through the proper department to en- force this ordinance. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and N01100 Dollars (45.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
