DISCUSSION: Matyastik & Phillips Investments LLC, the developer of Matyastik Addition No. 2 has executed a proposed contract for community facilities to serve a development located in Fort Worth Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) (see attached map). The application for outside city water and sewer services was approved on November 9, 2010 as M&C C-24568. Total construction cost for water and sewer improvements for this development is $44,341.71. There will be City participation for the construction of eight -inch water main that will improve the service to the Matyastik Addition No 2 and surrounding area.
