Notice to Vacate: A written notice of 30 days is required prior to move -out.
Lease will continue on a month to month basis after the lease end date unless a written notice is received.
Once the initial term of the lease agreement has been fulfilled and tenant chooses to go month to month, the rental rate may be accelerated.
Early Vacate: Failure to complete initial lease term may result in a reletting fee of 85% of the monthly rent.
The reletting fee does not release lessee from continued liability for future or past rent, charges for cleaning or repairs, unreturned keys, or other
sums due.
Pet Policy: Pet policies are governed by the individual apartment communities. A total pet fee of $ 0.00 is non-refundable.

Payment Terms: Prorated amounts are due upon move -in. Full months are due on or before the lst of the month.
Late fees of 10% of the monthly rental amount will be assessed on any payment not received by the 10th of the month. A Non -Sufficient Funds
Fee of $25 00 will be charged on all returned checks; late fees may also be applicable.
Compensation; Nature and Treatment. Customer acknowledges and agrees that amounts to be paid by Customer to Company and referred to
as "rent," the "rate" or any other term under this agreement or any attached agreement represent both (a) the underlying cost(s) of housing,
utilities, furnishings and other items that will be paid by Company to third parties ("Vendor Payments") and (b) an additional amount to be
retained by Company as compensation for providing the corporate/temporary housing and location services provided by Company hereunder.
Customer acknowledges that Company does not intend to treat Vendor Payments as income as Company will pay those amounts to third parties
and is not retaining them for its benefit.

Cancellations: Lessee is responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of one months rent, plus all costs and expenses incurred by CWS Corporate
Housing once lease has been signed.
Damages: Occupant and Lessee are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Renter's Insurance: CWS Corporate Housing strongly urges you to maintain a policy providing renter's insurance to protect your personal
belongings. CWS Corporate Housing does not provide any insurance that would cover your belongings in the event of Toss or damage caused by
burglary, fire and smoke, vandalism, water damage or any act of omission of another resident.
Community Rules: Occupants agree to abide by the community rules and policies and accepts responsibility for activities of guests as per the
Texas Apartment Association Lease contract.

As per the terms of the Rental Agreement with CWS Corporate Housing, this shall serve as notice of my (our) intent to vacate

I understand that my minimum financial responsibility for rent as provided in my Lease Agreement extends through 30 days
